Designed to insulate round or flat conductors by applying
glass fibre yarn, immersing in enamel and oven curing.

▼ Complete range – torque and dancer control available.
▼ Twin caterpillars for line tension control.
▼ Sets of hardened steel rollers and powered brushes ensure that conductor is perfectly straight and clean prior to applying glass.
▼ Two taping bays per line with a choice of taping head.
▼ Multi bobbin tangential for large conductors or twin servo concentric heads for small conductors.

▼ Curing oven temperature managed by PLC, providing ideal curing conditions via the radiant and air re-circulating oven. Cooling by forced fresh air circulation.
▼ Servo driven drum carriage for control of conductor layering. Dancer controlled variable torque geared motor, combined with ultrasonic sensor ensures precise conductor tension throughout winding process.
▼ Full communication and control between all line elements including ancillary equipment.
