CWM1100 Coil Winding Machine

The CWM1100 Coil Winding Machine is specifically designed for the purpose of producing electrical coils from rectangular or round wire by winding the wire onto specific fixtures.

The traverse arm is fitted to the left hand side of the machine. The traverse carriage is supported on linear bearings with a stepper motor and ball screw drive system moving the arm to the pre-programmed positions.

HDW5000 Heavy Duty Winder

The HDW5000 Heavy Duty Winder is designed to enable easy winding of large coil loops or rotors as used in the electric motor/generator industry.

Appropriate coil loop tooling is mounted onto the faceplate and the copper sections are wound around the tooling to form coils.

LW2000 Loop Winder

The LW2000 Loop Winder is designed to enable easy manufacture of loops for use in the electric motor/generator industry. As the beam rotates, copper sections are wound around the tooling, to form loops.

The winding beam, which incorporates a pair of adjustable tooling mounts, can be supplied in a length to suit the customer’s requirements.
